Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to get a collar choke from the back. Lucas starts controlling the back with both hooks in and with the seat belt grip. Lucas emphasizes the importance of making sure that the hand of the arm that is around the neck, is gripping the top part of the other hand. Not the other way around. Lucas now pulls the collar open with the hand that is going under the arm and feeds it to his other hand. He now uses his legs to push the opponent down. He controls the arm with his other hand and then slides that hand, palm face down, behind the neck. From here, Lucas extends both of his arms to finish the collar choke from the back.
