Low Single With Ankle Pick Takedown to Back Take to Rear Naked Choke (Intermediate)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to take the opponent down using the low single and ankle pick. Lucas picks a side and lowers his base as he shoots in. He immediately spins around to the back gripping the leg with one hand near the ankle and the other around the inside thigh. In this variation, the hand that was around the inside thigh is now moved to the other leg to grip the ankle. Lucas now pushes forward to make the opponent fall and stays up. He immediately moves in to control the turtle position. This makes the opponent fall forward and Lucas moves to the side to control the opponent now in the turtle position. From here, Lucas is able to take the back control and finish with the rear naked choke.
