Closed Guard to Triangle Choke to Armbar Transition (Intermediate)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to transition from a triangle submission to an armbar from the closed guard. Lucas starts with the opponent in his closed guard and is controlling both sleeves. He first shows how to get a triangle submission on the opponent and then shows how to transition to an armbar if the opponent attempts to stand up to defend.
