Professor Lucas Lepri shows a self defense technique on how to defend from a kick and take the opponent down. The opponent moves in and throws a kick. Lucas traps the foot against his torso and keeps it there. He then places his hand on the shoulder and steps in with the same side leg. He places the foot behind the ankle of the opposite side of the opponent leg. Lucas now pushes the shoulder and makes the opponent trip backwards. Once on the mat, Lucas controls both legs and then passes to the knee on belly.
