Butterfly Sweep Counter Drill (Drill)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows a drill on countering the butterfly sweep. The opponent goes for a butterfly sweep and Lucas posts his hand on the mat, on the side that the opponent is sweeping. Lucas uses the post to raise his hips. This allows him to push the opponent’s leg down. Lucas then passes to the side control.
