Description

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to counter a single leg. Lucas and the opponent start standing, the opponent shoots for a single leg and Lucas immediately sprawls. One arm slides in over the shoulder and the other under the armpit connecting under the opponent. In this variation, Lucas attempts to slide the opponent’s arm down, but the opponent does not let him. Lucas keeps the same grips and steps his foot forward. This allows him to place his chest over the opponent’s back. He now brings his leg over, sits back, and is able to finish the submission.
