Professor Lucas Lepri goes into detail on how to use the kimura trap to transition to an armbar. Lucas starts to go for a knee cut pass, but the opponent tries to prevent it by sitting up and going for the underhook. Lucas uses this opening to shoot for the kimura and ensures to keep his weight over the back. In this scenario, the opponent tries to come up as Lucas's foot slips out. Lucas just follows the opponent, pulling back. He goes into detail on how to maintain the kimura control, to prevent the opponent from spinning back.
