Description

Professor Lucas Lepri demonstrates a headlock escape and back take from closed guard. When a novice opponent mistakenly tries to apply a headlock from inside the guard, Lucas uses the opportunity to take the back. As the opponent applies pressure with the headlock, Lucas grips the opponent's back or far lapel with his underhook hand and uses his leg on the other side to hook and push the opponent's leg. This allows Lucas to duck his head under the arm of the opponent and take his back.
