Break Fall to Tripod Sweep to Technical Stand Up (Fundamentals)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to sweep the opponent using the tripod sweep, after being pushed down. The opponent pushes Lucas back and Lucas makes sure to break fall on the mat. He now rocks back and forth while keeping his feet up to prevent the opponent from passing. Once the opponent stops and steps forward, Lucas places one foot on the hip and the other behind the knee. He grips the ankle on the hip side and the same side sleeve with his opposite hand. Lucas now pushes his feet and pulls the sleeve with his hand to sweep the opponent back. As soon as the opponent is swept, Lucas immediately uses the technical stand up to move away.
