Description

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to get the rear naked choke when the opponent doesn't defend in the turtle position. Lucas has the Butterfly guard and uses his hooks to elevate the opponent. He then pushes the opponent to the same side his face is facing. Lucas comes up and the opponent goes to the turtle position. In this scenario, the opponent leaves his neck exposed. Lucas immediately goes for the rear naked choke from the turtle position. He now uses both of his legs to block the opponent’s leg so he can then roll to the side to get the back take to finish the submission.
