Cross Collar Choke From Mount Position (Fundamentals)

Professor Frederico Silva teaches how to apply the cross collar choke from the mount position. Frederico has the opponent in the mount position and slides one hand in gripping the opposite collar. He slides his other hand around the opponent’s head and grips the opposite shoulder. Frederico now applies pressure on the opponent and uses his wrists to finish the cross collar choke.
