Double Under Escape to Triangle Submission (Intermediate)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to escape from the double under and then gets the triangle submission. The opponent has the double under on Lucas and is gripping his hands together. Lucas grips the sleeves by the wrists and pushes the arms up. This gives him enough space for him to slide one knee down and out. Lucas then immediately slides the leg over the shoulder and locks his legs together to finish with the triangle choke.
