Guard Pull Defense Variation to North South (Intermediate)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows a variation on how to defend when the opponent goes for the guard pull. Lucas and the opponent are both standing and the opponent decides to go for the guard pull. In this scenario, the opponent goes for the guard pull on the same side he is gripping the arm. Lucas immediately uses the opposite side hand to push the leg down. He then steps back and moves to the north south position. As he is passing, Lucas makes sure to maintain pressure on the opponent with his head.
