Description

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches a hip bump sweep counterattack to an opponent's double under pass attempt. When the opponent underhooks both legs, Lucas grips the opponent's sleeves and puts his feet on the opponent's hips to control the distance. He then establishes a same-side collar grip with one hand, shifts his hips, sits up, and reaches over the opponent's back to grip his belt with the other hand. Lucas releases the collar grip to post on his elbow, and he then blocks the opponent's arm and knee with his leg while lifting his hips and dragging the opponent's belt to sweep. Lucas maintains the grip on the belt and then finally circles his foot over top of the opponent's hips to establish the knee on belly position.
