Description

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to perform the Koshi Guruma hip throw when an opponent grabs him by the collars. As soon as the opponent grabs Lucas by the collars, Lucas grips one of the arms. He then takes a step forward using the opposite side foot from the grip on the arm. He now uses the same side arm to place it over the opponent’s net and shoulder. Lucas then brings his other foot in, faces away from the opponent and performs the Koshi Guruma hip throw. When the opponent hits the mat, Lucas goes to the knee on belly position.
