Mount Escape to One Leg X Sweep (Intermediate)

Professor Lucas Lepri demonstrates an escape from the mount control and transitions to a sweep from one legged X guard. The escape begins by bridging and pushing the opponent to create space. This allows the hips to be shifted to bring a leg inside, establishing the one leg X guard. Lucas then grabs the opponent's collar, forcing them to base their hands, which prevents them from posturing up. The technique involves grabbing the opponent's leg, pushing them forward, and simultaneously letting go of the collar. By dropping the foot and moving the hips back, Lucas performs a technical stand-up to complete the sweep.
