North South Choke (Advanced)

Professor Frederico Silva teaches a choke from the north south position. Frederico starts in the side control position and isolates the arm, trapping it over his thigh. He now slides his arm under the opponent’s head and uses his other hand to block the hips. Frederico now starts to move to the north south position and uses his hips to push on the opponent’s arm to finish the choke.
