Punch Defence from Headlock to Submission (Fundamentals)

Professor Frederico Silva teaches how to defend a punch while being in a headlock and then shows how to submit the opponent. The opponent has Frederico in the headlock and Frederico uses his hands and arms to frame under the opponent’s neck. The opponent then tries to throw a punch and Frederico uses one hand to block the punch while maintaining the other arm under the opponent’s neck. He now uses his leg to hook the opponent’s leg and pulls him. When the opponent reacts, Frederico comes on top and submits the opponent by pulling back on the arm.
