Side Control to North South to Paper Cut Choke (Fundamentals)

Professor Donovan Espinosa teaches how to apply the paper cut choke after transitioning from the side control to the north south position. Donovan starts in the side control and switches his grips bringing one arm over the opponent to control the belt. He uses his other hand to grip the belt on the other side also. He moves to the north south position and reaches under the opponent’s shoulder and grips the back of the collar. Donovan now moves to the side and grips the top of the collar with the other hand. He then applies pressure to apply the paper cut choke.
