Professor Frederico Silva teaches how to submit the opponent with a triangle choke from the closed guard. Frederico has the opponent in his closed guard and controls both of the sleeves. He pushes one arm in between his legs as he raises his hips to cross his feet together over the opponent’s back. Frederico brings the other arm across and then lowers his hips. He then locks his legs in a figure four and squeezes his legs together to get the triangle choke.
