Worm Guard Sweep Attempt Defense and Escape (Advanced)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to escape from the worm guard when the opponent tries to use it to sweep. The opponent starts with the worm guard and then slides his de la riva hook through in an attempt to sweep Lucas. Lucas immediately prevents it by gripping the foot to push it down and steps back to release the hook. He now grips the pants and cross faces with his other arm to make the opponent release the grips. Once the opponent releases the grip, Lucas passes to the side.
