Description

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches a self-defense technique to escape from a situation where someone is choking from the front while standing. The opponent moves in, grabs Lucas’s neck and starts choking. Lucas immediately defends by bringing his head down and circles it under the arm and out. Once the grips are released, Lucas steps back to keep his distance. A different scenario is when Lucas is pressed against a wall. To escape from this choke, Lucas takes a step forward and uses the same side arm to bring it over the opponent’s arms to break the grips. That same side elbow is now used to hit the opponent in the face to fully escape.
