Over Head Sweep to Mount to S Mount to Armbar (Fundamentals)

Professor André Gois shows how to sweep the opponent over head and get the armbar finish from an S mount transition. André controls both sleeves and places his feet on the opponent’s hips. He pulls the opponent in and uses his legs to raise the opponent up. For the purpose of the technique demonstration, André slowly bends his knees as he rolls the opponent over. He follows and gets the mount control. From the mount, he moves up to the S mount, where he finishes with the armbar submission.
