50/50 Guard Sweep Drill (Drill)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches a drill from the 50/50 guard, while visiting Alliance BJJ Lakewood in Washington. Lucas has the opponent in the 50/50 guard and the opponent stands up. Lucas grips the same side sleeve and collar. He opens his guard and pendulums his legs to sweep the opponent. The opponent then repeats the sequence.
