Armbar from Closed Guard with Lapel Control Variation (Advanced)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows a variation of an armbar from the closed guard using the lapel control. Lucas has the opponent in his closed guard and starts reaching for the lapel. He uses his other hand on the same side collar to make the opponent posture up. This allows Lucas to work on pulling the lapel out even more. The lapel is now brought over the opponent’s arm and Lucas switches his grips. Lucas now adjusts his hips and starts climbing his legs up the opponent and finishes with the armbar submission.
