Description

Professor Frederico Silva teaches how to escape from the back control to the side control. The opponent is controlling Fredericos’ back and he immediately controls the sleeve and shoulder of the arm that is next to the head. As the opponent pulls Frederico back, he bridges back and uses his foot to post to prevent the opponent from taking him to the side. Frederico releases one hook and starts moving in the same direction. He now keeps control of the sleeve and uses his other hand to remove the other hook. From here, Frederico escapes and moves to the side control.
