Description

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to escape from the back, when the opponent only has one hook in and the seat belt grip. The opponent has one hook with the seat belt grip and turns Lucas on the side that the arm is over the shoulder. Lucas starts to defend by keeping his top knee up to prevent the opponent from establishing the other hook. He uses both his hands to control the opponent’s arm. He now grips the top leg and uses his top foot to hook the opponent’s bottom leg so he can push it down. From here, Lucas now turns and bridges to escape. He can now stay on side control, or get the mount position.
