Butterfly Sweep to Mount (Fundamentals)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to sweep the opponent using the butterfly sweep. Lucas is in the butterfly guard and under hooks one side to grip the opponent’s belt in the back. On the same side he under hooks, he uses his foot hook under the opponent’s leg while moving his other foot slightly back. Lucas now uses his other hand to grip and pull in the opponent’s arm. He starts to drop to his shoulder and uses the hook on the leg to sweep the opponent over. Lucas then mounts the opponent.
