Description

Professor Lucas Lepri shows a drill to maintain the back control. Lucas has the opponent’s back with his hooks in and the seat belt grip. As he turns the opponent to the side, the opponent removes one of Lucas’ hooks. Lucas then brings his same side elbow to the mat forcing the opponent to turn. He then moves his unhooked leg as high as he can behind the opponent’s back. Lucas rolls with the opponent to the other side and re-establishes his hook. The opponent releases Lucas’ hook again and Lucas uses his forearm on the opponent’s neck to push him to the side. He then again brings his knee up against the opponent’s back and then rolls him to the other side re-establishing the back control.
