Description

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to get a wrist lock, monoplata or armbar after sweeping the opponent with an omoplata sweep. Lucas has the closed guard and the opponent stands up. He tries to sweep but the opponent has a good base. Lucas bumps him once again so he can isolate the sleeve. He pulls on the sleeve and immediately brings his leg over to lock the omoplata. Lucas uses the omoplata to sweep the opponent over. He comes up and sits on the opponent’s shoulder. From this position, Lucas can get the wrist lock. He can also cup the elbow and transition to the monoplata submission. If the opponent tries to escape, Lucas can transition to the armbar.
