De La Riva to Sit Up Guard to De La Riva Sweep to Side Control (Advanced)

Professor Frederico Silva teaches how sweep the opponent using the De La Riva guard. Frederico has the opponent in the De La Riva and then sits up. The opponent pushes Frederico back down and Frederico immediately goes back to the De La Riva guard. From this position, Frederico maintains the sleeve grip and then sweeps the opponent over. Frederico then establishes the side control position.
