De La Riva With Lapel Control to Omoplata Attempt to Omoplata Sweep (Advanced)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to sweep the opponent after attempting to get the omoplata submission from the De La Riva, when the opponent defends. Lucas has the De La Riva and begins to pull out the opponent's lapel so he can then grip the end and feed it to his other hand. He then grips the opponent's collar and uses his legs to push the opponent one way and when he reacts, Lucas pushes him to the other side. From this position, Lucas can now go for the omoplata submission but the opponent defends it. Lucas instead uses the omoplata set up to sweep the opponent over.
