Deep Lasso to Over Head Sweep Attempt to Sweep Using Foot Hook to Armbar (Advanced)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to sweep the opponent and get an armbar, after attempting an over head sweep. Lucas starts with the spider guard. He extends one leg to the side and breaks the grip on the other side. Lucas now raises his hips and loops his free leg over the arm and places it in between the opponents legs. In this variation, Lucas attempts to go for the over head sweep, but the opponent defends by basing back and placing his knees on the mat. Lucas slightly turns to the side and comes up on his elbow. From here, he uses the hook on the leg to sweep the opponent to the to the other side. Lucas now immediately goes for the armbar submission.
