Double Under Escape to Sweep when Opponent Turns to the Side (Intermediate)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to escape from the double under and sweeps, when the opponent pushes the legs to one side. The opponent has the double under on Lucas and is gripping his hands together. Lucas immediately grips the sleeves. In this variation, the opponent starts to push Lucas’ legs to the side. Lucas reacts by coming up on his elbow and grips the opponent’s arm. He now elevates his hips and sweeps the opponent over. From here, Lucas then gets the side control or north south position.
