Head Lock Escape (Fundamentals)

Professor Edson Oliveira shows how to get out of a headlock when an opponent tries to hit. She shows a variation when the opponent also connects their hands. Instead of pulling away, Edsongrabs the arm and holds it tight against the body. He steps the leg inside theirs and pushes the hips forward so they can't pull down. He then steps back and slides the head out, keeping it very close to the shoulder so they can't hit. From Edson, can trip the leg or move to the back.
