Description

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to defend from a headlock from behind, by taking the opponent down and getting the armbar submission. As soon as the opponent grabs Lucas, Lucas immediately grips the opponent’s arm to relieve the pressure from his neck. He then places one foot behind the opponent’s leg that was placed between Lucas’ legs, on the same side that the opponent is grabbing the neck. Lucas then steps to the side with his other foot, now facing away from the opponent. He uses his leg to trap the opponent’s leg as he uses his shoulder to bring the opponent down. Once the opponent is down, Lucas steps over to get the armbar submission.
