Description

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to get an arm triangle or guillotine, after attempting the knee cut pass and the opponent defends by under hooking. Lucas starts by gripping the ankles and pulls them up to make the opponent’s place their back on the mat. He then goes for the knee cut pass but the opponent defends by under hooking. Lucas immediately locks his hands together, one over the head and the other under the arm. He now rolls forward over his shoulder. In this variation, the opponent reacts by bridging and turning. Lucas follows the opponent by scissoring his legs and is able to get the arm triangle. If the opponent defends, then Lucas goes for the guillotine instead.
