Open / Spider Guard to Scissor Sweep to Triangle (Intermediate)

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to get the triangle submission when he sweeps the opponent with a scissor sweep and they come back up. Lucas is in the open guard with his feet on the waist and controlling the sleeves with his hands. The opponent raises his knee and Lucas places one foot on the bicep and the other on the mat. He scissors his legs to sweep the opponent. The opponent tries to come back up and Lucas immediately slides his leg over the shoulder to go for the triangle. Lucas now locks his legs together and finishes the triangle submission.
