Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to counter the one over one under with a reverse triangle, reverse arm bar or kimura. The opponent starts to pass and under hooks Lucas’ top leg and also controls the bottom leg by reaching over it. Lucas immediately defends by reaching for the top of the elbow and uses his knee and hand to block the opponent on the other side. Lucas now pulls the elbow up and pushes the shoulder down with his leg to unbalance the opponent. When the opponent falls back, Lucas immediately slides his other leg out and locks his feet together. From here Lucas can go for the reverse triangle or the reverse armbar or the kimura, depending on the opponent's reaction.
