Professor Lucas Lepri demonstrates a single wing choke from the back mount. The situation begins with the opponent in Lucas’ back mount and Lucas with a seatbelt grip. In this situation, the opponent bridges directly up on top of Lucas. Lucas uses his right hand, which was under the opponent’s armpit, to open the opponent’s right collar, and reaches his left hand around the opponent’s neck to establish a deep collar grip. Now, his right arm reaches up and behind the opponent’s neck as he pushes the opponent down and falls to his left side. From here, Lucas extends his right arm behind the opponent’s neck to complete the choke.
