Knee Cut Pass Transition Against an Opponent’s Deep Underhook (Intermediate)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to transition to the opposite side to pass when an opponent successfully defends against his knee cut using a deep underhook. In this case, Lucas grips around his opponent’s back with one hand and pins the opponent’s knee to the mat with his other hand. These grips allow Lucas to control his opponent as he circles back over the free leg and secures a strong side control position on the opposite side.
