Description

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to defend from an opponent who tries to kick him. Lucas keeps his distance and his hands up in a defensive position. The opponent tries to kick Lucas but he catches the leg. He uses his other hand to place it on the opponent’s shoulder of the same side the opponent threw the kick. Lucas then steps forward and places his foot behind the opponent’s leg. The opponent is then pushed on the shoulder making him trip on the leg, taking him down. Lucas maintains control of the ankle and then slides it to the side so he can step to the side and go to the knee on belly position. If the opponent tries to punch, Lucas can catch his arm and get the armbar submission. Lucas can also just control the wrists and go to the mount position.
