Spider Guard to Lasso Sweep Drill (Drill)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows a drill where he sweeps the opponent using the Lasso. Lucas starts with the spider guard and then transitions to the Lasso. He places the Lasso foot in between the opponent's legs. The other foot is then placed inside the opponent’s legs. Lucas then pushes the opponent over to sweep.
