Yoko Tomoe Nage Takedown (Advanced)

Professor Frederico Silva teaches the Yoko Tomoe Nage takedown. Frederico has the collar and sleeve control on the opponent. He steps to the side and then places his foot in the middle of the opponent’s belt. He drops down and uses the sleeve and lapel control to pull the opponent to the side and uses his foot on the belt to lift the opponent. Frederico flips the opponent over completing the takedown and then works on establishing a top position.
