Description

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to escape from the north south position and get a triangle submission. The opponent has the side control on Lucas and starts to move to the north south position. As the opponent is transitioning, Lucas places his hands behind the armpit making sure he keeps his arms inside. He now pendulums his legs so he can use the momentum to push the opponent back. This allows him to create enough space so he can invert his body and place his knee in front of the opponent’s chest. In this scenario, Lucas slides one leg across and under the opponent’s armpit. He releases his other leg and brings it over the opponent’s head. Lucas raises his hips and locks his legs together. From here, he spins back to face the opponent and adjusts his legs to get the triangle submission.
