Description

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to escape from the north south position, after the opponent transitions from the side control. The opponent has the side control on Lucas and starts to move to the north south position. As the opponent is transitioning, Lucas places his hands behind the armpit making sure he keeps his arms inside. He now pendulums his legs so he can use the momentum to push the opponent back. This allows him to create enough space so he can invert his body and place his knee in front of the opponent’s chest. From here, Lucas spins to the side and escapes from the north south position.
