Ankle Pick Entry Drill (Drill)

Professor Lucas Lepri shows an ankle pick entry drill. Lucas has control of the collar and sleeve. He moves the opponent around and when the time is right, he steps in and places his foot behind the near side opponent’s foot. He then reaches down with his hand and pulls the ankle up to a standing position. From here, the drill is repeated alternating sides.
