Description

Professor Lucas Lepri teaches how to escape from the closed guard armbar and how to get to the side control or north south position. Lucas starts in the opponent’s closed guard. The opponent starts to go for the armbar and Lucas immediately controls his own bicep. The other hand is placed on top of the leg. The opponent keeps trying to get the armbar, but Lucas starts to apply pressure on him and places his leg behind the opponent. Lucas starts to pull his arm out and then immediately passes to the side control. From here, Lucas can also go to the north south, depending on the opponent’s reaction.
