Armbar from Knee on Belly (Fundamentals)

Description

Professor Lucas Lepri explains how to establish knee on belly position and submit an opponent with an armbar. From side control position Lucas first sets grips on the opponent's hip and collar. He then puts one knee on the opponent's stomach and posts his free leg on the mat to establish the knee on belly position. Lucas sets up the armbar by cupping the opponent's elbow with a short underhook. He posts his other hand and spins, keeping his hips close to the opponent and pinching his knees together before finally applying the armbar.
