Armbar From Mount When Opponent Bridges (Fundamentals)

Description

Professor Lucas Lepri shows how to get the armbar submission when the opponent tries to bridge and push Lucas off in the mount position. Lucas has the opponent in the mount position and the opponent tries to escape by bridging. Lucas immediately posts on the mat and slides one foot under the opponent. He then grips the opposite side arm and slides his same side knee over the head, hooking the neck with the foot. Lucas now places his hips on the mat to get the armbar. If the opponent rolls to defend, then Lucas follows and slides the foot over the head to get the armbar.
